The 3rd Millennium Group is an LLC formed to augment Dr Rudolph's many Board of Director, Technical Adviser, and consultant positions.
The company was formed to inform and solve large issues for the nation.
CEO Background
During school, Dr Rudolph invented the computer language Fifth and an associated graphics core. He is credited as a principle developer of the DoD High-Level Architecture. He is a Certified System Engineering Professional and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with many years as an Authorizing Official and Information Security specialist.
Gaining system development experience in multiple technology companies, in March 1994 he co-founded Paradigm Technologies, Inc., an industry partner focused on the application of existing technologies in creative ways for multiple agencies and commercial enterprises. He managed PTI with partners until divesting in 2007. He is a recognized as pioneer in network-based services, open technology development, and portable operating system interfaces. With extensive expertise in modeling, simulation and analysis.
Air Force Bio
From 2008-2017, Dr Tim Rudolph proudly served as the Air Force-wide Senior Leader for Integrated information Systems and served as the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center CTO
Tim Rudolph, a Senior Level executive, was the Air Force Technical Advisor, Integrated Information Capability. He serves as the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Chief Technology Officer, stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. As part of the AFLCMC Engineering Directorate, he focused on transition of industry, lab, academia, and other partner information technologies into warfighter capabilities, for example leveraging secure commodity cloud technologies.
